Looking for someone to entertain our toddler while being able to care for our 3-month-old. We would like someone who is okay with dogs, can help with light housekeeping, organizing, making healthy meals for the kids, and running errands. We would like someone who can have set hours 2 days a week but has flexibility to stay later occasionally with an advance notice. We would like someone to be able to grow with our family and stay with us long term. We do need be able to have this person on W2.
