Nanny Needed For 2 Children. Live-in Option Is Available.

We are a musical family, we are fun, easygoing, and neurodivergent. We don't get caught up in the small things. Dad is a school band teacher, Mom is a Realtor. We both have very demanding schedules and really need someone who can provide a little stability for the kids. Our 6-year-old is brilliant, funny, and a joy. She is twice exceptional, AuDHD, and needs an understanding, patient, and kind caregiver. She loves video games, drawing, crafting, and making music. Our 2. 5-year-old is autistic with a little bit of a speech delay but he is making lots of progress. He is always happy, energetic, and so preciously sweet. He will keep you on your feet, and loves to snuggle. He gives the best hugs. He loves singing, dancing, and dressing up in costumes. My 6-year-old needs a reliable ride from school at 2:30, and someone to make sure she eats something in the evening. My 2. 5-year-old needs to be supervised because he has no sense of danger. He also needs to be fed. Really just someone to keep them alive and play with them is what they need. Our caregiver needs to have some experience with and total acceptance of autism or neurodivergence. Someone who is patient, kind, gentle, and bonus points if you are familiar with low demand parenting and autistic burnout. Someone who drives safely, and likes dogs. There is no access to public transportation nearby. There is a place to park. If it was of interest to the caregiver, we would be open to providing a free place to live in our home. We do not have an extra car so having a car is a must. L is a7-year-old Jack Russell/French bulldog mix. He likes to sleep a lot , is a little bit on the anxious side, and is very sweet. J is around 3 years old and was recently adopted. He has a lot more energy. He is a little bit more assertive and really loves attention.
