This would be our first time with a nanny, but we are looking for someone trustworthy to accommodate our varying schedules and have a furnished room in our home we can provide as a perk. Someone bi-lingual is a plus as we are teaching our children Spanish currently and are open to another language as well. We would like to have a monthly salary plus a room here as a perk. Many times we may not need much for days on end, so we would have lots of free time, others we may have more demanding schedules. We are very outdoorsy people and educated with a passion for travel and nature. The ideal person would be a long term addition to the family. Someone who likes to find fun activities for the kids is also ideal.
