I work a job thats schedule goes from mon-tues, Fri-sun one week then Wed-Thurs the next week. I always work 12 hour shifts with every 4 weeks going to night shift for 4 weeks. My husband is also a first responder who works 24 hrs on and 48 off. There are nights where neither of us are home and my work is from 6:30-18:30 or 18:30-6:30 so drop off and pick up times are not the usual times you would see in a 9-5. We are trying to find someone with a flexible schedule to fill on the days we are both working. Which is 1-2 days a week currently
