We are seeking a compassionate and energetic individual to provide support to J, a 23-year-old nonverbal autistic young adult. J enjoys bowling and outdoor activities and demonstrates a capacity for learning and growth with appropriate support. Responsibilities include transporting J from his day center to his home, coordinating with both parents (due to a co-parenting arrangement residing in separate locations), ensuring his safety, and facilitating the development of social skills and community engagement. A background check is a mandatory component of the application process.
