I have two sons ages 9 and 7. My oldest has autism and needs constant co-regulation. For this reason, I need another caregiver in the home in the afternoons/evenings along with me to alternate taking care of my other son. The kids have school until 2:00, so the caregiver would only need to be available from 2:00 through bedtime (around 8:00) on weekdays.
