About the job
"Crunchy" mom working from home looking for a nanny who's experienced and enjoys playing with children without utilizing screen time and is happy to be away from cell phone while caring for our son. I will prepare meals ahead of time and occasionally may ask for help with light housekeeping duties, like loading or unloading dishwasher or switching laundry (only while baby is napping). Looking for someone reliable to maintain a consistent schedule M-F with flexible hours in case extra time is needed on occasion. We have two large dogs and free range chickens, so must be comfortable with animals and enjoy being outside as our son very much loves to play outside and go for walks in his stroller.
