Part Time Nanny For Expecting Baby

We are looking for a caregiver for our infant on the weekdays my husband is on shift and I am at work. Which plays out to needing someone to watch our baby 8 days a month since my husband works at the Fire Department every 3rd day. Here is an example of what that would look like for the month of March 2025, we would need someone 4th, 7th, 10th, 13th, 19th, 25th, 28th and 31st and so on and so fourth. The baby is due in December 2024, so we are looking to hire someone when I go back to work after maternity leave in the beginning of 2025. We expect the nanny to be tidy doing light chores related to the baby like washing bottles and baby clothes.
