Reliable Full-Time Nanny For Our 4.5month Old Infant

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy nanny for our 4. 5-month-old. We have 3 dogs - all very friendly and very low maintenance. I nannied for years and loved becoming a part of the families I worked for, so we are looking for someone to fit right in our little family of 3. Flexibility is very important for our family as we are looking to pay a monthly flat fee; some days you may work a 4 hour day, others 8. You will have all federal holidays and time around the major holidays off. It is important to us that we can have open and honest communication, reliability and attentive care for our son. We're looking for someone who is kind and patient, as our little guy is still learning how the world works. He is a very curious and active baby, and age appropriate stimulation during his wake windows is really important to us.
