Reliable Back Up Sitter For Our 4.5month Old Infant

We are looking for a reliable and trustworthy back up sitter for our 4.5-month-old. We have 3 dogs - all very friendly and very low maintenance. I nannied for years and loved becoming a part of the families I worked for, so we are looking for someone to fit right in our little family of 3. It is important to us that we can have open and honest communication, reliability and attentive care for our son. We're looking for someone who is kind and patient, as our little guy is still learning how the world works. He is a very curious and active baby, and age appropriate stimulation during his wake windows is really important to us.
