We have 6 kids. 4 girls (13, 10, 8, 6) and 2 boys (3 and 6 months). I work from home but occasionally have meetings outside of the house that I need care for. We homeschool but I wouldn't expect much involvement from the sitter with that, but all of the kids will be in the house. I am needing someone who is able to focus on my littles and not play with my older kids. We are a really structured house so everything runs smoothly and my older kids know what is expected of them.
