We are first time parents to a loving baby boy. He was born at 27 weeks' gestation and was recently discharged from the intensive care unit. We would love to find a nanny who is looking for a long-term commitment and want to grow with our family. We would greatly value someone with at least 5+ years of experience as a nanny, who can teach us a few parenting tricks along the way. Ideally, candidates bring great energy and ideas to engage and entertain our son through his toddler years, in a way that will help him reach milestones and find joy every day. Would also need occasional help with preparing family meals. Pay is based upon experience, evaluation for pay increase after 6 months of employment. Would like a self-starter! Will give gas stipend incentive after 2 months Hours 7am-3 p.m. appreciate flexibility
