About the job
We're a warm family looking for a kind, reliable nanny for our 5-year-old daughter (high-functioning, special needs). *Schedule: Tue 1:30-6:30, Wed-Fri 2:30-6:30, Sat 9-5 (25 hrs/week). Extra hours during summer/school breaks. *Duties: Engage child in fun, educational play, prep snacks/meals, kid laundry, tidy/organize play & clothing areas, prep for after-school activities, and help with child-related tasks even when she's not present. *Requirements: Experience with kids/special needs, non-smoker, reliable car, clean driving record, long-term. Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and a genuine love for children. *Pay: $20/hr (paid weekly via Venmo/Zelle) After 3 months: $22/hr, with potential to earn up to $25/hr based on performance.
