I'm expecting a baby in May 2025, and my maternity leave ends in August 2025. I'll need care for the baby during the day and pick up of my 5-year-old from kindergarten daily between 2:45-4 depending on activities. I come home at 5. This may vary depending on my husband's availability as well. We would also like help with light housekeeping, no cooking required. My 5-year-old also has swim classes once or twice a week.
