A Part-time Babysitter That Is Empathetic And Creative For Two Boys In Marietta!

Looking to find a babysitter for our two boys each week! Hours vary from 5-10 hours max. I'm a social worker and will be meeting with my clients in-person during either morning or mid-day timeframes. This will likely be a two day a week job. This is a new role for me and am ironing out the exact times in the next couple weeks. I would need someone to start the first week of November. A little bit about our family! I'm a 31 y/o mom of two awesome boys. I am married to my husband Cody and our boys are 3 years old and 6 months. They both are joyful and love to play and be creative! As a family, we enjoy the outdoors, traveling, serving others, and being creative. As parents, we also enjoy being hands on with our kids as they learn about new things. Overall, we are looking for a caretaker that is empathetic, calm, loving, and responsible. Someone who is experienced with infants is a plus since our son is growing and changing a lot in the months to come. A caretaker that likes to read with them, play make believe with toys, do artistic things, and help them feel safe and loved. We use timeout or consequences as a form of discipline but do not prefer a caretaker that uses spanking etc as a way to teach and correct. As parents, we are always looking to point our oldest to positive redirection or validating what he feels when he is experiencing big emotions. We value someone who has this same viewpoint and embodies that as well.
