Depending on my wifes help from family the nanny would work anywhere from 2-3 days a week for 3-4 hours with a reasonable pay. The days may change week to week depending on my wifes work schedule and the family help, however a set couple of days every week could be an option as well. This may involve some light meal prep (such as making a bagel or cutting up fruit or microwaving leftover food) for our 2-year-old daughter but mainly would be playing with her and making sure she is safe and helping her eat breakfast and lunch on the days that the nanny helps. Our daughter is very schedule oriented so adherence to a regular routine is very important to us.
