We are looking for an experienced, reliable, and fun-loving childcare professional to start as soon as possible for our 3 boys: ages 7. 5, 4. 5 and 2. 5. Flexibility and strong organizational skills are essential, and willingness to assist with overnight coverage as parents travel frequently for work. The ideal candidate will be someone who can balance structure and creativity, maintain a nurturing, safe environment, and exercise good judgment when making decisions. Strong communication skills are also key. The role requires daily driving, homework-help, transportation to activities, preparing snacks/ cooking dinner, and children-related housekeeping (kids laundry, sweeping floors and wiping tables down after kids eat, assisting children in keeping their play areas organized, etc.).
