First time mom, preparing to head back to work in June 2025. My son will be 2 1/2 months by the time we need childcare throughout the week. My husband and I work from home so we can be flexible with work hours, however would prefer 4-5 hrs of support during the work day to help us focus on getting tasks done. Mom has been exclusively breast feeding and I will continue to pump to support nutrition during care days. Looking for a nannie who will be interactive, and prioritize reading, playtime, walks around the neighborhood with our little one. Would also be looking for light housekeeping during nap time ie dishes, laundry, ironing.
