Recurring Caregiver For 4 Year Old

We are seeking a compassionate, patient, and experienced babysitter/nanny to provide exceptional care for our 4-year-old daughter with autism. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children on the autism spectrum and will be committed to creating a nurturing and supportive environment that caters to her unique needs. Responsibilities: - Provide attentive and personalized care, ensuring the safety and well-being of our daughter at all times - Engage in age-appropriate activities that stimulate her development, including sensory play, structured play, and educational games - Assist with daily routines, including meals and hygiene - Implement strategies and techniques recommended by her therapists to support her development and behavior - Communicate regularly with parents regarding her progress, activities, and any concerns - Help with light household tasks related to her care, such as meal preparation and tidying up play areas Qualifications: - Previous experience working with children, particularly those on the autism spectrum - Patience, empathy, and a positive attitude - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to remain calm and composed in challenging situations - Relevant certifications (e. g., CPR, First Aid) are a plus - A reliable, insured vehicle and a valid driver's license - Background check and references required We look forward to finding a dedicated caregiver who will become a valued member of our family and provide the loving care our daughter needs.
