1:1 Support Needed For Our 1st Grade Child

We are parents of a bright and wonderful 1st grader attending Academy, a school known for its neurodiversity-affirming approach. We are seeking a caring, dedicated individual to provide 1:1 support for our child. This role focuses on helping them with self-regulation, fostering autonomy, and building self-advocacy skills. This is a unique opportunity, as you will receive training from the amazing Hirsch staff, making it a perfect fit for someone eager to learn how to respectfully and effectively support the neurodivergent community. Hours: Monday: 10 a.m. - 3 p.m. Tuesday - Thursday: 9 a.m. - 3 p.m. Friday: 9 a.m. - 1 p.m. Pay: $15-$22/hour, based on experience.
