Recurring Sitter Needed For 1 Child In Lilburn

We are looking for a recurring sitter for our active, sensory-seeking, sweet, affectionate, autistic 7-year-old son. We would like someone to work two afternoons a week, WF (start time somewhat flexible but generally starting around 3:00). Opportunity to work some Mondays and possibly other afternoons as needed. Our ideal sitter is comfortable with attachment and unconditional parenting styles and focuses on emotional regulation rather than behavior management. We are extremely gentle and child-led. We don't reward or punish, We're really just looking for someone to hang out with him and do the things he wants to do. You won't be sitting at home! Experience with autistic children is preferred, but not required. We value patience and kindness above all.
