Mostly Flexible, Schedule Caring For Precious Baby Girl!

I have been on maternity leave since my baby girl was born 12/26/24, she is my fourth child. Her siblings are 12 to 16 years old and can take care of themselves so I'd really need care just for my infant. I am quite hesitant to leave her in the care of anyone else, however, I don't have family nearby so I am hoping to find someone who can become like family to us, and can love my baby girl just as much as we do. I am still developing a routine for her, but at the moment she drinks milk every 3 to 4 hours and is awake for roughly an hour after her bottle. We take a lot of contact naps throughout the day as well. I am not sure how often I will need to go into the office, it could be 1 to 3 days a week. There may be a chance where I am working from home but still need help to care for her while I am on meetings.
