Part Time Nanny For 4-year Old, Long-term Position

I need a part time nanny to care for my 4-year-old son for 2. 5 hours, two evenings a week. The specific days can be flexible if necessary. The first responsibility is to participate in play activities with my son (can be indoor or outdoor; at home or library, indoor playground, extracurricular activity, etc). Second, is to give a bath and get ready for bed (only once a week). I travel for work frequently enough but at an irregular interval and the final responsibility will be transport to and from school (8:30 start and 3:30 end) from Lawrenceville to Decatur. The goal of this position is for a long-term caretaker, and I am looking for someone who would like a consistent role for at least 2 years, until he is old enough for kindergarten and someone that can provide consistency when mom is away from home.
