Our child has severe intellectual delay. She is nonverbal, autistic, and we need someone who can keep up with her, play and interact with her, and be able to help her eat, change her diapers, and keep her safe. Ideally, if we were with her, help with basic cleaning - laundry, dusting, vacuuming, cleaning bathrooms, would be helpful. We just cant do BOTH on most weekends - care for her and care for our home. We also just need someone willing to babysit her on a Thursday or Friday evening should my husband and I choose to have a date night out.
