Loving, Long-Term Nanny Needed For 18 Month Old

Hello! We're looking for a loving and experienced nanny for our 18-month-old son. He's very active, curious, and loves to learn. We're looking for someone to come to our home Monday through Friday from 10:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m. to help care for him while I am at work and my husband sleeps before work. We don't want someone to just sit him in front of a tv while he plays alone all day. We want someone who will engage with him, teach him things, take him out, and love him. Light meal prep, picking up each day, and loading the dishwasher would also be needed. Extensive experience and references are required, as well as a background / driving record check that we will purchase (any type of earned early childhood education degree will constitute a pay increase).
