I have a 5-month-old, she has went to daycare primarily. I am taking a remote position that will require me in office three hours a week on Wednesdays. Due to this we are hoping to stop daycare if we can find someone trustworthy to babysit her. My daughter has a very specific routine, I would need someone to stay with her during those hours and play, give her a bottle, change her. This will progress as she get's older.
