Reliable Nanny Needed For Single Infant (3 Months) Starting In December

We are two full time working parents looking for a reliable nanny to help us take care of our 3-month-old baby boy A. Mom will be going back to work after Christmas and we will need help for at least 1 year for our 3-month-old. We work 4-5 days per week and cannot miss a day of work, even if we are sick. So we are looking for someone able to very reliable to help us achieve stable care for our baby boy while we have to be away. Our hours vary so that a long day once or twice a week may be from 8AM-6PM, but short days can see one of us off by 12-5 p.m. We do not regularly need help on weekends or nights. A reliable nanny, able to be on time, and seldom miss work is very important to us. We will not be as unreasonable as our own jobs and can find coverage for sick days as long as we have 1. 5-2hrs of notice. We have 2 low maintenance cats.
