Due to my work hours I would love to have someone to pick my son in the mornings on the days that I have to work and drop him off at school. My older child would be at home to receive that individual before she leave for school to do a handover. Occasionally pick from school and drop at home as well. Those days you will have advance notice of which days to pick up from school.
