They do not require any specific care except, just whats to be expected from a toddler and a 4-month-old. My youngest one A gets gassy rather easily so burping might be a challenge. And our ideal day looks like waking up in the morning at have breakfast play with my oldest one while also trying to entertain my youngest by putting Mickey Mouse or Mrs. Rachel on the TV. A really likes to play with her Mrs. Rachel doll.
