Nanny Needed For My Children In Duluth.

I'm a first time mom. I am currently stuck at a job that is hard to leave and my son only being in the care of his grandparents isn't doing any good. Me and his father leave early and come home very late. it has caused our child to act in various ways that has kept him from learning and adjusting. He is in a way I can say spoiled. I guess I never made it clear or helped to take away his ipad since its easy for his grandparents and easy for me to leave for work without him crying. He loves to play outside and hes very good with learning once he gets the hang of it but lately he has been falling off. he got used to me and his father coming home late now he just wakes up in the middle of the night. He doesn't deserve this and if it means finding him a new auntie I don't mind. if there's anyone who is willing to help I would love to speak to them.
