Fluctuating Schedule Nanny- One 8m Old Girl

We are looking for a nanny to provide care to our 8-month-old daughter. I work Monday-Friday 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. My wife is a night shift nurse and has a fluctuating schedule. We will need care for our daughter during the times where I am working & my wife is either needing to sleep or working as well. She is very loving, sweet, & giggly. She's learning new things every day & we want the nanny to continue to foster that growth. Playing with her, teaching her, reading to her, etc. She adventurous & always wants to be on the move. We would expect the nanny to watch her in the home for the majority of the time, but our neighborhood is safe to walk & should be walked with her. We look forward to meeting you! She loves everything. Always wants to explore. Loves to chew & crawl everywhere. Constant supervision. Learning constantly. Working on standing assisted currently. Infant CPR training is required.
