Newborn Nanny Needed- Montessori Experience

We are a family that values quality one on one time. We would like to focus on Montessori activities, reading books, exploring nature, and lots of engaging conversation. Our baby boy loves to be loved on, eat, look around, and be engaged with. It's never too early for him to start learning about himself, about the world, and how to navigate both. We are looking for someone with a copious amount of experience with newborns and Montessori care/teaching. We would like someone that has a holistic view on life and caretaking and is an optimistic beam of light. We have one dog who is 6 years old named Matthew and he is a Maltese Yorkie that is hypoallergenic and the sweetest thing ever! He is fully trained and is our baby's little guard dog
