Reading, time outside with sunscreen, no screen time with caregiver, eating healthy foods and limiting sugar, adult being off phone when with child, no phones at table, accepting diversity, treating others with kindness and respect, calm adults who help with regulation. Reading, being outside, watching & listening to birds, walking & running, visiting playgrounds, playing with toys at home, music and playing with instruments. No pets, maybe a water frog and a fish (no maintenance for caregiver).
