We work 10-12 hr shifts. Start time will always be 5:30 a.m. but ending varies. One of the parents is in healthcare so days weekly are different. Some days may be longer than others, but my mother and sister have flexibility to pick them up earlier on most days. They are both young boys and play hard, we have a large yard for them to run and play as well as my parents live right up the road and if the sitter is comfortable with dogs they can take them up to their house for the play set and change of pace.
