We just welcomed our 3rd baby (boy) in September, we have a 2-year-old girl, and 4-year-old boy. We have had a nanny for the last 1. 5 years, and she is retiring in November and were looking for a special person to come into our family. It will mainly be one or two kids most of the time based on school schedule and grandparents helping out, very rarely will it be all 3 of them!
