WFH Mom Looking For Childcare In My Home

My daughter is currently almost 8 months old! I work from home and am looking for care in our home while I work. We are looking for someone who will actively engage with her during wake windows and who can provide some light housekeeping during nap times. She is breastfed and eating solids. We do have 2 big dogs, so please be comfortable with animals! They are sweethearts. My schedule is generally M-F 9-5, but can vary due to appointments/holidays. My husband's schedule is inconsistent from week to week, so we're ideally looking for someone part-time who is flexible with scheduling during those hours. She is being raised bilingual (English/Spanish), so fluency in Spanish is a big plus (but not a must).
