Nanny Needed For 1 Child In Columbus

Happy holidays! We are looking for a great nanny for 1 child in Columbus. Our baby is 4 months and the light of our lives. We have two other children but they are school age and 3 dogs. I work from Home so can always lend a hand if needed. Our biggest concern is someone loving that will be off devices and present for our child. Also, someone very reliable who can run the dish washer or mop when baby is sleeping (which is a lot right now). We would prefer a nanny who has their own car, who does not smoke, and who is comfortable with pets.
