Babysitter Needed For 1 Child In Cartersville.

We need a reliable, diligent, compassionate sitter for our8-year-old autistic son. We are looking for occasional care on evenings and weekends. You must be able to provide at least two references. Must be able to pass a background check. First Aid/CPR a must. You must have some experience working with children on the autism spectrum. Our son is high functioning, is verbal(with some language delays.) He is fun, adventurous. He has access to a myriad of sensory activities. He needs someone open to playing outside, going on walks, etc. You must be able to redirect calmly, offer compassion and kindness, and demonstrate willingness to learn about his needs and implement strategies already used within the home. The job will involve preparing snacks and meals, cleaning up, and helping him clean up after himself.
