Hello! We need someone who has a flexible schedule for parents that both work in healthcare. Our little one is 4. 5 months old and (outside of feeding and diaper changes) doesnt require much in the way of needs. Because of our varying schedules (sometimes days, sometimes nights, etc etc) wed like to find someone consistent that we like and trust. Lastly, having someone to sit with her while we clean the house would be a bonus!
