I am needing someone for 5 or 6 hours during the daytime with flexible hours between 7:30 to 5:30 to take care of my 3-year-old while I work from home. I have 2 other older children that can help out but do not need care themselves. I would like some structured activities and somewhat of a schedule for him but nothing too rigid. Just some sort of organization to the day. He usually takes a nap around 1:00 so that could be the time the caregiver is done for the day if they come in at 8:00 a.m.
