Caregiver Needed For Newborn

We are seeking a full-time in-home caregiver for our daughter. I work from home as a therapist and will be as hands on as possible with my daughter when not in a session with a client. I mostly need someone present and able to attend to her needs if I'm busy with work. My schedule sometimes varies as I experience a number of cancellations from clients, so someone willing to be flexible with my schedule would be ideal. The ideal applicant is experienced working with infants, is a non-smoker, and has reliable transportation and doesn't live too far away.
