Looking For Our First Nanny For Our Active Toddler

We have an active 20 month toddler with a sweet personality and a great smile. He loves playing, running, jumping, and being outside. He has never been in daycare or had a nanny, so this will take some adjusting for all of us. We would love someone who has experience with toddlers and can facilitate stimulating activities for him. He is learning to talk so a nanny who has experience with teaching speech or in early childhood education would be ideal. For now, your main duties would be feeding him and creating a regular curriculum (reading, activities, speech) for a few hours in the afternoon, and eventually more hours as we all get more comfortable. We would love to create a long-term relationship with the right fit.
