My son is autistic and nonverbal. He rides the bus at 7 a.m. and gets off the bus at 12:30 p.m. My daughter has juvenile arthritis in all her major joints, so she is fragile. We usually wake up, put my son on the bus, let my daughter sleep in until she naturally wakes up, we change her, we take the dog outside & play for about 15 minutes. After we come inside, eat breakfast, play/clean until my son gets off the bus. Then they are free to do whatever they want (iPads, coloring, play) and while the fog is eating. We then do lunch. After lunch, we take the dog back outside and do another 15-20 mins of outside, come back inside get dinner ready, eat, gets baths and its free time until they fall asleep. Me and dad should be home around 4:30 at latest.
