We are in need of a full time nanny for our 1-year-old as well as our 3-year-old. Occasionally helping our 10-year-old with homework after school. We would like someone who is willing to help set routines with the children and become familiar with our family's needs to help our day to day become more smoother and less chaotic and help mom with breaking out of burnout mode. Someone who is willing to sit down with us to create a plan for family life.
