About the job
There are older kids in the home, I live with my roommate who has a 1-year-old baby and a 6-year-old that may need help in the evenings until I get home for a few hours everyday. I have an 8-year-old that is very independent and can help, the kids get ready for bed at 7 and are in bed at 7:30 PM-8 p.m. the latest. They need to be picked up by 5:30-6 p.m. everyday. Just getting them settled and feeding them the lunch we will have prepared would be helpful. Getting them to finish their work, and relax until its bedtime. I have a routine/schedule list on the doors for their nighttime routine. They just need supervision and the baby needs the most attention. The big kids just need an adult to help them out.
