Primarily After-school, Culturing Responsibility & Independence In 7 And 10-yr Old

I'm looking for reliable care for my 7 and 11-year-old. Light household duties-They are able to clean up after themselves, follow general house rules, but they sometimes need prompting/reinforcement. I am really trying to foster self care and independence. There are both academically high achievers, but may need help occasionally (grades 4 and 2). Our general needs are facilitating extracurricular activities. The days we need help will vary, but Tues-Thurs 3 p.m. (earliest) to 8:30 p.m. (latest) range. will probably be the priority. Approx. 10-15 hrs/week This may include picking them up from school, helping them get ready for the next school day and transporting them to/from soccer & dance. Occasional weekend care is not required but would be great to have that option.
