Morning Help Needed

We are looking for morning help for 8-12 weeks. We have two children, 7 and 2. Our 7-year-old has severe ADHD with ODD. We are starting in-home intervention once we can find someone to watch the 2-year-old in the morning. Your responsibilities mostly include keeping the 2-year-old separated from the chaos, getting him stressed for the day, and getting him settled with breakfast while I drive his brother to school. You will also be gradually helping reintroduce the 2-year-old into the morning routine as improvement with his brother is consistent. We need a calm presence for the 2-year-old, someone who can read stories, play, and make being separated from momma in the mornings something fun/special instead of stressful. We also need someone who is understanding of disabilities and supportive of the process happening at home.
