We're looking to meet 2 or 3 new babysitters that have frequent availability on the weekends. We'd like to arrange a first time meeting (paid) between you and our twin 5-month-old baby girls so that we'd all feel comfortable if my wife & I want to make plans on a weekend. Responsibilities: - Engage the twins in Montessori-inspired activities, focusing on sensory play and fine/gross motor skill development. - Encourage independence in daily routines and learning experiences, guided by Montessori principles. - No personal phone use while babies are awake - No TV or screen time
