A family with a 3-year-old and a 6-week-old is looking for full-time help caring for their infant. The hours are 11:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. with the ability to be flexible to work from 7:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m. on occasion with notice. Hours are guaranteed at 40 hours per week. There is also an opportunity for additional work for occasional evenings, weekends and overnights. They're offering between $28 and $30 per hour paid through payroll with standard benefits of two weeks paid vacation, paid sick days and paid federal holidays. They have a nanny car for you to use. All duties are related to the infant only to include his laundry and making his foods because they intend to introduce him to solids using baby led weaning. A nanny that is familiar with or open to baby-led weaning that can help him achieve all of his milestones with an a keen focus on safety and infant experience is preferred. Dad had left his job in the corporate world to stay home with their 3-year-old when she was born and mom works 60 hours a week and travels. The 3-year-old goes to school until 3 p.m. every day and dad will be the primary caretaker for her and the nanny will care for the infant. Their goal is to find someone trustworthy to work for them and eventually dad wants to go back to work when they do. In which case the responsibilities would include the 3-year-old and the nanny's pay would reflect that. Currently they are looking for someone that will work only with the infant. There will be a rare occasion where it would be both children. They also have two cats in the home.
