Need someone who is easily able to navigate online school app to keep family up to date about any important school events, address any concerns about kids grades, hold kids accountable for getting homework completed AND turned in on time to keep grades up & help tutor in areas where they need additional support (Math & English are probably the most difficult subjects for them). Need someone who will be a good role model for these kids and be inclusive of all 3 of them (not favor 1 kid over another). The 2 girls tend to disagree a lot and need someone who is able to bring them together and model appropriate young-lady-like behaviors and interactions. Need someone that will be a friend of theirs too, not a disciplinarian, need someone who will inform a parent or grandparent when kids need to be disciplined instead.
